Red Pine Mapping problems

Anyone have experience with Michigan Snowmobile trails from Red Pine Mapping? I have a Garmin GPs for Christmas and my nephew did the download and we have found nothing on the GPS or on the computer. The files are empty. Any clue. Phone number to Red Pine disconnected.

I purchased & downloaded MI & WI trails from Red Pine a few weeks ago and they work perfectly on my Nuvi. Try e-mailing them for help. They responded to a question I had by e-mail.

They also have a support forum on their website. I have had some of my questions answered on it.

It should have downloaded a zipped file. DO you have mapsource to install the files?

Viewing the trail map on top of the included City Navigator map can be problematic, somehow the map overlays and hides the trail map. Changing the mode from "driving" to "scootering" can help, as does zooming in, but this can be a bit of a pain.

The best solution is to get a topographic map and install it together with the trail map at the same time and don't use the City Nav map while riding.

I think its better to use the microSD card so you can pick between trails and roads.

i want to get the Mi. trail maps but no answer on"TY" or e-mail
how can i get these? Still in business? or what?

Try from there website under contact. Kinda scary ordering online with no response. I did order with my fingers crossed but I have had very good luck with vv mapping in the past.

Well I have vvmapping on my 500 nuvi but Im trying redpine on my 640 for being able to use direction fuction from place to place.
