Rumours were saying that Ski-Doo stopped selling the extrovert drivers, or actually that they would only sell them as complete kits already pressed on to the drive shaft.

FYI, the extrovert drivers are still available separately over here. I just picked up six pieces of #504152503. The parts guy at the local Ski-Doo dealer confirmed that there is another hundred pieces in the Swedish/Finnish parts stock. He also told me that the rumours were true, but only for a limited period of time during last spring (he did not know why). According to him everything should be back to normal by now.

They are around 600SEK/each over here, which would be around $84/each.

That is the lowest price I have seen on this side of the pond, including internet shops. The BRP list price is just a hair away from 600 SEK. I had to buy six of them to get a similar price...:)

I know, it was a steal! For that price I didn´t bother to order from the states, and also now the exchange rate has gone up like 15-20% in 2 month. Sucks but I still order alot of stuff from the states

BTW: Did you trade in you Nytro, Alatalo? It must have been your sled who first was in a private ad on Blocket and now Kalix Maskin is advertising it.

How Much to ship a set to Ava, NY 13303 ???
you guys should put some on E-bay !!

Send these guys an e-mail and ask them. I´m sure they will help you. I could fix it for you but then I would have to first have them shipped to me and then to you cause I don´t live close to that shop. Adress is post@lindblomsmarina.se and if they don´t help you I will.

Or check with "my" local Ski-Doo dealer:

butik@kalixmaskiner.se

Or any other BRP Scandinavia dealer:

Yes. Since I have got the 2009 SE on order, I had to get rid of the 2008 in one way or the other. I tried to sell it on a private ad, but I had enough of all idiots calling in strange trade in offers (even though my ad said no trade in...). Anyway, my dealer http://www.ksmc.se/ was happy to trade my 2008 in, so I did that instead. Not that much money difference anyway. He says the SE will be here in the middle of next week...:)

Is it possible I can use these drivers with my Intense track ? I don't think it's fully clipped, maybe every 2nd or 3rd window.

all windows need to be open

So as long as all windows are open I'm good to go ? Even if every window isn't clipped ? I'll have to head out to the garage and take another good look see...

Yes, every window open is mandatory with extrovert drivers.
Fully clipped, every second clipped or every third clipped makes no difference to the extrovert driver itself.
However, my personal experience is that you get less friction and less slide wear with fully clipped tracks (at least in my riding conditions).

If you want to open up closed windows, I recommend a sharp utility knife. Put silicone lube on the sides of the knife, otherwise you will struggle to overcome the friction between rubber and knife. You will do one track in about one hour. Also, clipping is not very difficult, but you need to invest in clips as well as a clipping tool.
