Repacking excell exhaust?

Hey guys I was looking at my excell exhaust on my 2008 phazer and noticed the inner baffel/core to be vibrating. After taking the end cap off I noticed the pipe was missing half of it's glass packing material. I was wondering if it was okay to run it as is or should I repack it? I'm going on a trip in a few days and need to know if there is a quick fix for it or if I can run it as is?

some bike shops carry repaking material, It only gets louder.
