revalve shock on 07 apex er

I have an 07 apex er the rear shock needs to be revalved. A friend has a guy that does his moto cross bikes. He said he will do mine just got to give him some specs. I am #220 and ride aggressive. Any help is appreciated

a good shock man will not give out his secrets, you would be better off to use a good shock person for snow machines.

Call carver performance,ask for mike,he wont try and sell you a dump truck spring to make his valve job work.

bruce has a good set-up i run it myself. and dont forget he was tim benders set up guy for years
