My friend has an 07 700Grizzly. When going down a steep hill and hitting the bottom the reverse light will come on and the engine misses for a few seconds. It started doing it like once a day and now it is a regular occurance.
We are thinking a loose connector that looses contact when the front of the quad is low. We have looked and looked but cant seem to find the problem.
Has anyone had this happen or does anyone know the fix? It seems like the rev limiter could be the problem.
Thanks, Mike

Wow, thank you Jaxom.
That is just the information that he needed. I will probably need it too at some future date.
We ride in the Az desert and the quads take a beating every trip out.

Great link! Mine hasn't had the reverse lite problem, YET. But it has had the forward lites not want to come on when it that particular gear. I've also had the gas boiling problem. When I stopped at my dealer, he checked on the recalls for my unit according to the serial
#. Results were nil. Imagine that. I'll solve the problems myself.

My Grizzly is an 08 and it boils the gas too. My friend with an 07 will boil way sooner than mine so I guess mine is fixed. ![Banghead :o| :o|](/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/banghead.gif)
