Never heard of it, but Ulmer Racing does sell a belt changing tool and it works well.

Have one, use it on 07 Attak. Works great, however it does chew up the edge of Ulmer stage 2 helix a little when you crank the screw in to change belts. Doesn't seem to hurt anything though.

Yes, looks identical. However, Richmond tool is $5 bucks cheaper.
