I purchased a new Vector GT in March and did not ride it until this a.m. I rode in the 9" of snow Mankato, MN got on Thursday/Friday.

The GT rode great. I had a Polais with an Xtra 12 along for comparison. The GT has a big boy spring installed. It rode much smoother than the Xtra 12 and never bottomed out. I weigh 195 and was launching off road approaches.

The GT was much queiter than the Polaris. No clutch/chain noise and no rattles.

The snow was not setup so it was hard to get an idea of how quick the Vector will be. My old sled was an 02 XC700. From what I could tell it will be in the range of a 600-700 cc 2-stroke.

Looking forward to a lot more time on this one....

So did I! ;)! We got heavy, wet snow Friday night while I was at work so I didn't get out until about noon on Saturday. There was about two inches left in our one acre yard so I put the first mile on the new Vector GT that I bought a couple weeks ago. The track tore up the yard when I gave it half throttle but I don't really care. It was good to get it warmed up and hear it run. I could have trailered it farther inland away from Lake Michigan and rode in six to eight inches, but had too much else to do.
