I have been looking at the Roller Rooster for my boosted Apex. I bought into the Team roller last winter with terrible luck with it. Well not terrible it will out accellerate anything out there but will not turn the same MPH that the stock secondary will no matter what I tried.

So I am looking into the roller Rooster. I the best of both worlds a trail sled that backshifts like crazy but a sled that can roll out onto the lake and turn a 130 mph in 2000' still (this is what i have now) is it possible using the roller clutches at all? I have heard that most rollers actually start to backshift before they hit full shift.

I am going to be running either Hartmans Primary or Ulmers primary setup as I have both and do some testing.

Im Running 10 Psi on the MPI super charger. With 26t gearing up top. This is a SHORT track TRAIL sled used at 800' and below.

I can give you way more info then I can post. Call me on my cell at 204-729-7533. I have been using that roller since 1998 & have used it on my Turbo RX-1 with good success. Add about 10 degrees to each angle to get a comparable upshift charecteristic of a Dalton type billet helix. Use a white attak secondary spring. Most guys use too steep an angle or not enuff secondary spring.

Hey Man thanks for spending the time with me on the phone today! Much appreciated!
