I have a RS/Venture and I think it will NOT work, the seat is a two piece unit. The rear /2nd piece fits into a molded luggage area. The exhaust and rear end on the RS Venture is different from the RX1 platform.
It is a nice seat though!

I just put one of these on my RX-1 and the Wife's Vector for when the kids ride with us. The great thing is that they will easily handle an average adult woman, and when she is not with you it comes completely off and the sled looks almost stock. Installs in less than an hour and fits nicely.
