I am curious about which spark plug in the owners manual is the correct or better one.
The two that are listed are: (exactly as seen in manual)

.R.CR8E(NGK)

or

CR8E(NGK)

I understand that the 'R' after the 'C' is for 'resistor' but what is the first 'R' for in the first listed plug?

Any ideas?

Thanks

These are pretty new sleds, Im not sure who and if anybody knows at this point. You are thinking 2 stroke here. You should not even have to think about changing plugs for several thousand miles. I suppose if you flooded your motor you might have to take them out and let them dry, but that should be the only possible issue.
Enjoy, nice purchase. How do you like those mirrors?

spark plug

The R from what i am told for does mean resistor. But the main thing a resistor plug is used for is when using a radio device like a chatter bpx it does not mess with the plugs. I dont know exactly why it does that but this is what i was told by my dealer when i bought the chatter box.

I am thinking the first R is maybe for other countrys an in the usa The only plug they have is the CR8E
I just went threw this because I wanted some extra plugs.anything that has a on board computer you want to use a R plug
The c stand Tread diameter 10 mm The r stand for resistor The 8 is the Heat range and the E is the tread lenth 19mm Anything with an onboard computer you want an resistor type plug.
