RTX limiter strap questions

i have the skid out, 2008 rtx, I’m looking at the limiter straps, the front and rear are both set to make the straps the longest. Looks like I see 4 holes that it could be shortened with
Is this set for maximum weight transfer , and what is the stock setting for both straps ?
I did notice the sled wants to dig in a lot .

Also, should the front and back straps be adjusted to the same hole positions, or can they be of different lengths ?

Back strap longest setting and front strap down one hole. That's how they are set on mine with good ski pressure. I am running curve skis though.
