rtx windshield bag or tank bag?

i love the low windshield but need sum more room to put crap, will a windshield bag fit witht the lower windshield on the 06 rtx or has anyone used a tank bag for the apex>?

I have both , I use the tank bag more than the windshield bag, I keep the things I want with me but bonèt need often in the winshield bag cause everything works itès way to the bottom of the bag and be a bit of a pain to find. So I have fuses, a couple realys, tape and stuff like that there, all the stuff I want faster is in the tank bag, plus the tank bag does a great job protecting the paint from contact with your suit.

I have the windshield bag on my 08 with the low windshield. You can see the top of it a bit but it is very difficult to notice. I haven't tried a tank bag. I have saddle bags and they hold what I need for now. I find the windshield bag good for a few small items like flashlight and a spare hat and light gloves. Also keep the registration and insurance paperwork in there.

I have this one on my sled. It holds a lot and does not get in your way when riding. I also have the matching saddle bags, and the windshield bag. They are all quick an easy to remove if not needed.

I have the tank bag but installed snaps on it. The velcro was not a friend of the cold!! I am also thinking of the windshield bag. I like the map pocket in the tank bag also.

I have the tank bag I find it to be great...Never gets in the way...It can hold alot of stuff..Now the sides not so much..Small thinner things yes...

I have the windshield bag great for camera maps ect.. but the only thing it has worn off the chrome from my windshield .

thanks guys, i ordered the tank bag with the sides. ill hold off on the windshield bag for now. this site rocks
