There are many articles and threads that describe this problem in detail. The biggest improvement I did to my 04 is to:
run with woody's dual runners, 6in and replaced the stock swaybar with a 13 mm version. Make sure there is minimal preload on the front shocks, and make certian you have adequate ski pressure from the rear.

I will try that, i'm in need of new runners anyways. i have duals on it now but they are not in great shape. as for the sway bar i've noticed alot of RX riders have changed the stock one out. I will try changing mine and see if that helps. As for the reaer suspension i'm not quite sure what to do. I know how to adjust everything but not sure if i'm going the right way, any advise would help. Thank you

I just got off an 04 Warrior, I set the transfer rod to min. transfer...the limiters at around 7/8" of threads showing...the rear shock at 3 clicks from full soft.
It handled well with both the C&A skis I had and stock with Doolys.
A couple things you need to remember with these sleds are if you want it to turn you going to get heavy steering effort, if you want light steering it's going to push in the corners, you need to stay on the throttle through corners and keep the skis loaded....if you don't carry enough speed into the corner and gas it the skis unload...it's a little hard to do when you have corner push and you entering the corner hot you need to get used to riding it differently than a 2 stroke.
Good luck

Once you have good carbides (e.g, 6" doolies.) then if you still have a problem with pushing, you could just try shortening up the straps a bit. Do this with small adjustments. If it was set up right for the previous owner and you are a bit heavier, you can get this with the straps.
And if you use doolies, you will cure darting and it does not have to turn hard. The plates the runners are welded to are arched and on a solid surface you should be sitting only on the carbides after the arched plate re-arches the skid back where they should be.
Then if you still have problems, then check your front spring ski pressure. If you have too little, the sled will not turn effectively. If you have too much it will have a tendency for the outside ski to "dig in" and the sled will feel like it wants to roll to the outside. But again, even if you have the springs right, the front of the skid, could be holding the skis up. So,... I am back to shortening up the straps a bit.
If you notice the sled teeter-tottering when you get on and off the throttle, then you may want to check the skid's front shock spring. It needs to be only tight enough to hold the spring retainer down on the shock rod's end + one turn tighter.
If you notice the sled wheelieing on acceleration, then you need to lengthen the transfer rods. If you are not wheelieing, you should not have to mess with these, unless you have too much ski pressure, which you do not have if you are pushing through the corners, after you have good carbides.

So i picked up my woodys 6" doolies today. I'm still in a search for a 13mm swaybar, Rich Motorsports is out of stock and nobody around here if even in canada has one or heard of them. If anyone knows where i could pick one up or order one that would be a great help.
