Morning guys, I wanted to repaint my a-arms, so perfect time to put new bushings in frt end, my originals where still in decent shape, lower spindle and lower a-arm had little play, ordered (Homer racing bushings) WHAT A MESS, I don't know if its was a bad batch or what but tolerances where not even close, Iam sick how I butchered that job to get it back together at all, bulk head bushings unuseable, so I ended up with mix and match after grinding and sanding best I could just to get it together, will call them today and see what's going on, ain't taking it all apart again this year, wondered if anyone else has had this problem.

Sorry (Ulmer racing bushings)

I used Ulmer bushings in mine and they fit great. One bulkhead bushing was a little loose so I used some red locktite to make a tight fit.

Putting in a set of Ulmer bushings this week. Hope it goes well

when i did them on my 05 rx war i had to use washers and threaded rod/bolt to pull them in evenly. worked great and still are in good shape to this day in that sled.

Thanks for the tip.
