Seat Jack

Thanks SV.
I bought one, and it looks pretty good. I have a cople of installation questions though, and was wondering if anyone has already done one.
They aren't quite as easy to install as the instuctions lead you to believe.

The seat Jack is an add on that makes your sled a 2-up. I have mine but haven't had time to do the install yet. I had one on my SRX and it was very easy to install. Just remove the seat and drill 6 holes in the top of the tunnel and bolt the 2 rails on. Replace the seat and the Seat Jack slides on and off in seconds. Here is a link i found, The RX-1 model is sleaker looking than this one,

Here's a pic. that a guy on another forum sent me.
The rails fit onto the top of the tunnel (like other seat jacks) but 4 rivets on each side must be removed for them to fit flat. I was wondering if anybody else had ground off the rivets.

My dealer installed my Rx Seat Jack it for me and it looks very good. The 04 model was modified so it's not rubbing against the side muffler covers. It is also light considering the size of the seat.

I was going to say that mine looks a little different than that one.

i dont know for o4 model of the seat, but, last year there a broken muffler cover and worn seat.

i want one but, i have to wait to see if the new model will be better.
