Follow this link to the instructions Kinger wrote up. Excellent step by step instructions with pictures. I just did it and is extremely simple.

You have to cut about 3" up the center from the bottom out to the sides to fit the higher seat

Or get an '06 Nytro seat with the RX style tail light.
