Here,s my dillema. 05 RX1 running 10500-10600 on fluff snow and 11000 on hard pack or ice. Want to get RPM's down a little. It has stock weights, a hauck spring(engages about 4300-4400) and a stock secondary. Secondary is at stock setting of 3, if i move it to 0 will it reduce my RPM's and by how much. How will it affect the rest of the power curve. More top end???? I would hate to have to mess with the weights if i don't have to. Thanks, Mike

secondary
Normally if you RPM's creep up or down a helix change would help you.

Or you could just put a primary spring in with less total force poundage like a ,actually just put the stock spring back in and try it the oarnge silver orange is 134 kg total force the green silver green is 126 kg the stock yellow silver yellow is 118kg all these springs have the same engagement preload of 35kg.Just happen to have a chart right in front of me.
Or a steeper helix as mentioned or heavier rivets in the weights.

rear clutch
Mike usually rear clutch spring is set from factory at 3-3 or 60 dgrees of wrap. You could try 3-0 or 30 dgrees of wrap, might help a little. However, if you like the hauck primary spring you're running next option would be to a softer spring in the rear. In my opinion, I'd try a Yamaha silver in the rear set at 60 degrees again.
