See photo. To right of screw driver there is a gap between helix and sheave, this is with the belt off - is this normal?? Also can I tell what # the spring is on sheave without taking it apart - believe its suppossed to be 6 for helix and 1 for sheave.
Thanks

That's normal on an Apex clutch but I don't know what kind of sled you have, Bravo? Twist should be 60 deg for an Apex but your Bravo? should be 160 deg.

Yep, 2006 Apex GT. Cool, don't have to take it apart then.

I would think there should be a gap there otherwise the back half would slame against the front half everytime it closed.

On the back there are 3 small bolts that are used to set clutch opening when the clutch is closed.

Yes
That looks right. FYI don't forget to check the bushings located on the shafts of your clutches. Easy loss of performance and easy way to damage clutch components.
