setting the boost on mcxpress turbo

i just picked up a 07 phazer mcxpress turbo and it is only geting 4lbs boost. any one no how to set it and what should i set it at. bc rite now my phazer gt has more power. feels like a wasted my money

If you only have 4 lbs, you have an air leak. I have split the rubber charge tube hose under the seat before, lost an exhaust flex joint and lost boost,, cracked the pipe in front of the turbo and lost boost. Pull the seat and take a look. Good luck
