Shaper bars on Sly Dogs Skis?

What carbides can fit on the Sly Dogs, been thinking about getting the Sly Dogs, what are your thoughts on them, turning, floating, and darting?

Do the Shaper bars fit on the sly dogs?

Same bolt pattern as C@A. Can't tell you about Shaper's though. Run Bergstrom bars on alll my sleds.

The shaper bars will fit fine, without the ski saver. With the ski saver you need to round the top edge of the bar. As soon as my shaper bars wear out on my slydogs, I will have a set of Scott Bergstroms tripple points. He has some with 10000 miles on them, and they are still in near new shape. Maxdlx

I have shaper bars on my Slydogs, worked well. Although, last winter, they wore down quite a bit, and a couple of pieces of carbide have fallen out already.

I wanted the Deuce bars for my Slydogs, but they don't make them. I even emailed Studboy Traction Products, and their response was that they have no intention on providing Deuce bars with the C&A/Slydog bolt pattern. Too bad. I had Deuce bars on my stock skis and they were great.
