Since Yamaha will only sell the higher rate shock springs in a package with a bunch of stuff I already have I'm going to look for springs made by other manufacturers for my sled. The people that I talked to so far have said that what they need is the overall spring diameter, the spring length, stock spring rate and the size of the actual spring coil material measured with a micrometer. Then they can make a spring to fit or possibly match one up with a spring of equal size that is used on another sled, that has a higher spring rate. So I was wondering if anyone has this info already? Or can easily get it by measuring there sleds springs. Other wise I have to wait to go back up north to my parents place were I left my sled at to go riding this coming weekend.

OK let me clarify this. It needs to be the springs off the FX model sleds, as the others are already lighter rate and smaller.

Or this can all be solved if someone wants to buy the race kit for everything but the springs, then I will buy the springs from you.
