I just picked up a pair of Simmons Flexi skis and am going to put them on the phazer. I am just hoping that some people on here have had positive experiences with the skis and will be willing to tell what they think of them. Also I have been doing some research and it appears that there is a couple different mounting locations on the ski, maybe, any advice on what location to use, as well as any other basic setup tips (shimming etc.) would be appreciated. I decided on Simmons because I felt that completely eliminating darting will turn the phazer into a much more stable sled on the trails. Now when coming to stop signs I will let go of the gas and the sled puts all the pressure on the skis, and even with the skis shimmed the sled will start to dart and sway left to right by a couple of feet, a lot of the times to me anyway it is very scary. I am hoping that the Simmons will completely that. Any feedback or advice is greatly appreciated

Any advice on mounting the simmons on the phazer. Will the stock bumper turned backwards give the ski enough natural shim. Or will I have to add shims to the back as well to get the carbides to wear evenly?

Are the trail phazers mounts the same as the phazer moutain mounts? When I ordered, only option was the phazer mountain so I am assuming they are the same as the regular phazers. Am I correct?

Just thought I would update,. I called simmons directly, they are sending me the correct mounts all for free, I just need to send them the old ones back to them in a prepaid shipping box. So all in all I am getting what I need for all for free. The simmons are very nice people and offer great customer service.
