so last night i was out putting some plastic parts back on the sled that were off from having to repalce the left side a-arms, due to a hidden rock in the snow. plus im waiting to get my oil tank back from the dealer after having the same problem with the drain bolt as others. So i figured id check some other things out while im waitng. Started to check ski alignment and noticed a diff of 2in from front to back (back being 2in out from the front). Theres some room on the out side of the steering rods yet, maybe a 1/2 in on each side.
Is there adjustment up on the bottom of the sled, where the steering colum connects down?

Yes there is. Goto the Nytro FAQ section and download the service manual for your sled. In it are great instructions on doing a ski alignment. I'm surprised you didn't see the tie rod adjustments when you took the A arms off.
I'm also willing to bet that your subframe may also be bent...take a good look at it.

Alright thanks alot! I had looked in the owners manual but all it said was that if it wasn't right to take it to the dealer.
As far as with the subframe, I've kinda looked at any point that I can for any signs of cracked paint and haven't noticed any. But with the sled on the ground on the right side I can slip my finger between the spring and closest part of the a-arm towards the spindle. On the other side I can't quite get it in. So there's a lit bit of difference but not enough to worry me. When I hit the rock it hit right on the bottom side of the arm and on the sway bar connection. It wasn't a jarring hit but I know sometimes it doesn't take much.
