ski washers

Hey guys, there are two washers on each ski where the ski mounts.. Are those supposed to be on the inside of the bushings resting against the spindle or are they supposed to be on the outside resting against the inside of the skis. I was taking my neighbours XTX apart tonight and noticed the 2 small shims/washers were on the inside of the small bushing against the spindle and not on the outside and mine are on the outside of the bushings where the bushing meets the inside of the skis.

Mine washers were on the inside.
Doesn't the dealer mount the skis out of the crate?

Looks to me the washers should go on the outside of the bushings according to the schematics SJ posted or am I reading that wrong? #16 are the 2 washers/spacers....

Yes. The washers go between the spindle and the bushing.

You are looking at it wrong. I though the same thing when I first looked at it when I swapped skis. What you are seeing inside of the washer is the sleeve that goes INSIDE the spindle.

Alright that makes more sense and mine is wrong....

The spacers are two different size's. So you can change them around to have stock stance or widen your stance which help's with the stock ski's.
