Skinz Float or Mountaintech skid?

Hey guys,

I bought a 10' nytro xtx this year. I am going to buy one or the other very soon. Main concern is protection which tells me to go with the skid plate. However I was wondering if the Skinz float plate would offer the same protection and yet help the sled float.

Any experience?

Mountaintech without a doubt. Put mine on two weeks ago. The thing is a piece of art! Confidence is an understatement once you have it on there it feels and looks great. If anything messes your sled up with that thing on there i wouldnt worry too much because your not going to be in good enough shape to know whats going on!

Mountiantech hands down.. I installed mine today, VERY nice product. No way you will see me riding my Nytro without one. Fit & finish is perfect. I almost want to tip her over to show it off
