Skinz Tunnel Bag

Has anyone run the Skinz Tunnel Bag without the exhaust turnout?

I like the look of the sled without and I often put my cover on when the machine is still hot and I'm worried I would light my cover on fire if I had the turnout.

Boy I do not know if I would try it. I have the Skinz tunnel bag over my Roto-Pak fuel can. I think you would melt the bag without a turn out. I had the factory muffler with the turn out and now have a Ultra Q that has a turn out. The snow melts off the bag and my gator-aid that is on that side of the bag is usually warm.

And that's on a MTX.

Some other advice on their bag. If you out tools in it make sure you first put your tools in a pouch or little plastic box. A buddy and I had put some loose stuff in ours with your normal water bottle, gloves etc; and from the high speed bumps both had holes eaten through them and we lost half our stuff heading up to copper from watersmeet.
