anyone know of a few things i can do to it?? for little more power?? i went with a bender exhaust and im going to get the CR10EK plugs to put in but what else can i do?? I searched and couldnt find a awhole lot?? thanks guys new to the form and Yamahas its a 06 apex rtx

Call Allen Ulmer at Ulmer Racing for a clutch upgrade. :-o

I personally like the clutching of the Apex. If power is what you are looking for Call Allen Ulmer and get him to set you up with a PCIII and Injection Module for your bender. Pipe leans you out a little. I would assume traction might be an issue so make sure you are running good studs. Lots of guys recommend 1.450". THe Apex makes alot of power, it is getting it to the snow and keeping the track hooked up that really helps.

Spinning fast is not fast. ;)!

just my 2cents apex makes 150hp out of the box if you go after proven clutch mods and focus on traction weight transfer etc. and get that hp to the ground you find that you will be able to beat most of your buddys who have spent alot more money on pipes reeds and other stuff but have forgotten all about what happens when you start makeing more power if you cant hook it up its all a waste of hard earned money go for traction first then do the mods

The Drag n Fly clutch weights have been working real well. I have a set and I highly recommend them.

Yep.............i second that ..........lol

i forgot to mention thaat the owner i just purchased it from put on a 650$US secondary i for get the name he said when you let of and then hit it again it is right there he gave me the old one looks a lot different. i heard people were having troubles with the power commander??? and am i leaning out enough to hurt anything with just the muffler switch?? thanks guys brand new track and studs are good too not sure on sizes!!
