SPI Grip Heater Install - Help Needed

Got a code 81 toward the end of last season and did some research on here, found out the 2010s were famous for them crapping out and throwing this code. Decided to get new bars, risers, heaters and grips. The supplier I get everything from carried SPI heaters, but after getting them I notice they have 3 wires whereas the sled has 2. On top of that, there's no indication which wire on the sled is which and I don't know which wire connects to which wire. Heaters come with red, black, and white.

On a side note, I was planning to use barrel connectors on the wires. Will this work?
