I'm thinking it was a poor install from the factory. That or the 4-stroke in question is to fast to keep stickers on

The YAMAHA decals on my side panels are coming off too, I will mention it ot my dealer when I bring the sled in to get my RA cable replaced, I'll let you know what they say. I am expecting them to replace them for me.

Have you tried applying a bit of heat to it with a heat gun...park it in a heated garage over night or bring in the panel if possible to let it warm up and heat the sticker up a BIT at the time and try to stick it back on the heat will activate the glue it should work as long as you don't have to much dirt in the affected area...
Good luck

When I was in the market a month ago, I looked at an '08 Vector GT that had both sides Yamaha decals peeling on a 600 mile sled. Turned me off to the deal because dealer wanted me to pay to have them replaced before purchase.
The '09 Vector GT I just bought had both the metalic decals on the clicker shocks peeling on both sides. Ridiculous. I glued and taped them already. Not a mile on yet, but there will be in 24 hours or less.
Merry Christmas all, I'm northbound.
