STOCK MT. CABLES / HOW TALL OF BAR RISER ??

Hey guys , i want to raise the handelbars on my gt for standing , i have a set of mt. apex cables i can get my hands on , How tall can i go with those cables ?? and how tall are the gt stock ???

Not sure on the Apex, but on the RX1 models, the mountain cable gives you a good 4in. more riser possibility.

with stock cables i went to 4" taller then stock no problem.mt. riser is 2" taller so you'd get atleast 6" more rise without problem.how tall you thinking ?

7-8 will work, but anything more and you might need to be creative on the routing

You can go 10" of total rise using stock cables i have a 2"pivot riser and a 6" bar riser totally 8" total bar rise
