Storing Nitrous ?

I was wondering if you could store nitrous and fill smaller tanks form a scuba tank? Because they use them to fill high psi air bottles for paintball air tanks. They can fill up to 3000psi on first chargers but gets less and less as you fill. So could you use them for storing and filling nitrous?

In theory you could...but, I doubt you'll find anyone that fills nitrous that will fill that scuba tank.
