I seem to have a strange noise under the left side footwell when making left hand 360 deg turns, I washed the undercarriage out with water and it seemed to disappear, took a look at the skid and bearings, all seems to be ok. only makes the noise after you have been riding for a while and only while making left hand 360 deg turns. is it a ratcheting problems with the drivers or is it a snow build up problem, anyone have any suggestions. I also checked the a arms for excessive play and all seems good with them.

I am thinking ice build up in the tunnel

I am thinking its ice build up in the tunnel, after I wash it out with some warm water, its good for a while but seems to come back after riding in some powder, sound like someone is hitting the bottom left footwell with a hammer.

Are you running studs? My Attak has the same problem after riding for awhile. Can really notice the studs chipping away at the ice at low speeds. If not running a 4th wheel kit it may be worse when turning.

yes I have a 192 studs in the track, the left side lower panel seems very loose on the underneath of the sled, all the screws are in as tight as they can go but the lower plastic panel moves around alot under near the tunnel, maybe I should put another clip or something to hold it better. only seems to be a problem when alot of snow gets up in the skid, going straight no problems or noises. its possible the plastic panel is grabbing the snow when making left hand turns and flapping around a little making a thumping noise,
