Nope
I just tried putting a set of 6" Stud Boy Sharper Bars on my stock 08 Apex skis. They don't even come close to fitting. Double checking the part numbers, the part number is correct. Apparently the carbides are either mis-labled, mis-packaged or simply a jig slip up. Has anyone else run into this with Stud Boy carbides? Kinda nervous about ordering any more, don't want to have to return another set.

i have a set on the wifes vector and when you turn, it turns where you point it and seem to be really good. i have even shimmed the skis as well but it still does dart some.

I never had the shapers but had the Duallys and they fit perefectly

I had the sharper bars on my Warrior and really liked them when the trails have loose snow. They work very well. I put a set of their 1/2" stock, 6 " carbide round bars on my sons Viper today, they fit perfect. I'm thinking both sets of the sharper bars I got are mis-packaged. (Ordered 2 sets, one for the Apex and one for my wife's Vector)

I think they got mis packed, they should be a direct bolt on stock skis I use their DEUCE BARS with no problems or modification what so ever here are a few pics I also used a measuring tape to give you c/c specs...

Thanks apltx08, I'm sure they're mis-packed. The ones I got measure out stud to stud, 4" / 7 1/2" /4".

Stud boy sent square I needed round to fit doo skis. Got the grinder out cause square never fits round. Doo gone & using Bergstroms on Attack stock skis. Best carbides made & tried them all. Darting gone. Call Scott Bergstrom.
