just bought a left over 09 nytro and am wondering what is the best lenght to run in it? I am mostly a trail rider with the occasional drag race once in a while on the lake, how many should I run? I was thinking about 144?

Woody's 1.375 inch studs work fine.
96 to 144 depending on how you work the throttle.
If you generally roll on the throttle (gradually rolling on and off) then 96 works fine.
The more agressive you are with the throttle, the more you would want to move towards 144 studs.
Also, with 96 down the center, I can get the rear to swing out and throttle steer out of corners. My buddy's with 144 is harder to throttle steer on hard packed trails. It tends to hook up and go straight rather than letting the rear hang out a bit.
Depends on how you want to ride it.
