Which do you think is easier, to lay the sled on it's side, or lift up the rear (maybe take out the rear two suspension bolts to drop the skid a little)? Thanks for the input

You just have to lift the rear. There's enough room to drill between the flap and the tunnel. drill between the shock top area and rear wheel area. Watch out so you dont hit the rear wheels

I use a Cherry Picker for lifting motors out of cars. Use a serpentine belt and wrap it around the rear bumper and lift it as high as you want.

At many discount tool stores, they sell a nice chain fall for about $25. I have one in both my garages. In da youpee I lift it every night and use my Kerosine heater to melt the ice.
