Just picked up an 09 rtx with an m20 airwave suspension amongst other things and it has an unstudded 1.375 cobra track in it my question is can I run 1.45 Woody's in a nytro and will the airwave skid effect me either positively or negatively for clearance?

I think the tightest spot is around the drivers, so you should be fine provided you have stock drivers.
I run 1.52 extreme max studs and my brother has 1.575 woodys megabites. No problems with clearance on either machine. Booth hookup like crazy.
