JT Products has the 5.50 - 5.63 inch diameter idlers wheels back in stock for now. We use the two times bigger 6304 bearings for wheels that are on a wheel mount. If your model have two of the idlers on a shaft instead of a wheel mount we have the stock size bearings for that spot. We use the SKF 6004-2RS/c3 quality bearings for this wheel so it will last long time. The idlers have a wider contact area and will run on stud heads without problems. Made from the same material that out stealth kits and they will go over 10,000 mile without problems. The cost is about the same as the factory wheels at $40.00 ea. Call to place order.

Thanks Todd !!! We ordered 2 sets of these idlers and as Todd stated if you're running studs ,your stock OEM idlers will disintegrate .....I've experienced that......These wheels from J&T Products are HD ,material is resilient to stud heads, IMO it is not worth the risk not to upgrade the inner idlers to these J&T wheels !!!
Also , as of today the stock OEM 4604-355 is on back order until late February 2021......I had ordered a spare set back in March of this year and now pushed back even further.....Almost 11+ months back order, don't want to miss any riding time because of a blown out idler.....There is most likely dealers out there that have some limited inventory on these idlers, however AC is on backorder.
