For maybe the last trip of the year , we headed to the sled heaven that is Bathurst newbrunswick.

Living five hours away in Halifax ns makes a weekend trip none stop.
We stayed at Rogers lake lodge which is right on the trail at the beginning of newbrunswicks famous piston ally.

We found the unbelievably flat wide trails where in prestine condition right away. And by 10 am Saturday morning we already had 200 Kms of trail under our belts. And 200 Kms is as far as my belt made it as you can see in my pictures.

After a long day and a 2 am arrival back at the lodge we put on 630 perfect Kms . The Bathurst trails have it all, lots of signage and well marked.
.governors sporting lodge is an amazing sight and the views in cambelton are perfect.
Great end to a very slow season

Me and my wife were up there this weekend from yarmouth, left from miramichi, stayed at serpentine first night then to chalet restigouche second night then sugar shack for the last night. Good trails except for one really rough one, tons of snow towards moose valley and cambelton. Put on 1000 km.

That's great. I'd love to go to moose valley. Wife says I've had enough trips north this year lol

We never got to stay there, it was booked up we just went there for a ride one night, it's quite the place. Crazy how many sleds there was around this weekend.

I've stayed there a few times. Amazing spot.

There was a video going around the day I was up there. Something like 300 sleds. No joke.

Its gota be relatively smooth to low chop ALL day for those kinda miles. :sled1:

This trip was for sure! Early season (break in trip for the viper) we made a 300 mile day trip, chopped to crap. The qs3 shocks made my day! Some of the apex boys and girls where beat!
