My 11 apex just got new track and while adjusting it I notice as soon as I let off gas the track stops. I can turn track and clutch by hand pretty easy. Just doesn’t seem to coast. Does this sound normal because it’s hanging in air. Or is something slowing it down

friction against the slides and clips from no lube/snow. it is also at full extension for the rear suspension. normal.

Proper belt deflection At the clutches also plays a roll in this.......Once that new track has some miles on it and has been broken in you should have it just barely creep along with rear of sled suspended in the air and proper track tension.
