I have a chance to get a 151x15x2 2.52 pitch track cheap. I have been wanting to stretch out my Attak to 151" but the track is every 3rd window closed. Do you guys think I would be able to run this track without ratcheting? I have never had my track ratchet yet and I run it real loose but this track would be a lot more hookup. Have any of you done this? Or should I just pass on it?

I'd say give it a try. If it ratchets too bad you can always cut and clip the windows or just sell it and get your money back.

Hey tryanATTAK, you might want to pass on that one and keep looking for a fully clipped 151" track. Then you can also install extros and spin that track really, really loose.

Viperdave gave me that piece of advice, but you will probably be happier in long run.

I have a nice fully clipped Camo Challenger 151" track in my garage. I also just received my 7.5" rail extensions with 6 degree tip up from 'Gade Thrasher for extending to 151"...... I also basically have most all other parts for extending to 151" (including practically brand new Yammi Mnt Skis already installed per your advice!)... All I need is some tricked out billet wheels (every wheel on the EC Mono skid being replaced), and I'll be set to get 'er put together!!!!!

But you install your track really, really loose with your extros installed!

Hey Mike glad to hear you're getting there with yours. I have found a 151x15x2.25 finger track for $329.95 brand new also. But not sure if I can run a 2.25 tall lug. Remember to try running with the transfer control rod out this season, you'll be amazed. I could pull bumper wheelies out past 80mph even when running about 45 mph then punching it, it's just unreal the difference it made. Definitely fun but when trail running you can't hit the go flipper hard in the corners. Post up a pic when you get it done. I'm just trying to keep it as cheap as possible as recently I have had to put a new Torque converter in my Powerstroke and also just had to buy new hub bearing assemblies for it, and just a couple months ago had to put in a new septic system all while being unemployed since breaking mine spine. Well good luck with your project Attak151 and hopefully I'll get mine their also. Gene
