I have an older Top Cap snowmobile trailer enclosure. It is constructed of fiberglass and is two pieces bolted together down the center from front to back. From the manufacturer there was a 2-inch wide rubber or vinyl strip that covered the seam where the two halves were bolted together. The adhesive on the strip lost its grip and most of the strip blew off on the freeway.
Does anyone know where I can get replacement rubber/vinyl to replace it?

You have at least one hardware store in town if memory serves. Go there and see if they sell 2"W strips of rubber either in bulk or packaged. Look in the area where window insulation materials are as well. Another option would be Menards, Home Depot, Fastenal or Grainger in Wausau. Should not be too difficult to find what you need.
Also, search the web for "2" wide rubber". Just found this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEOPRENE-RUBBER-ROLL-1-8-THK-X-2-WIDE-x10-ft-LONG-60-DURO-5-/261647109239
