I'm going to run the C&A Razors again this year & thought maybe I would put a little more transfer to the rear to lighten the ski pressure!
Has anyone done this & how far is too far?
THANKS!

Don't go any further than the max mark on the tool that is in the toolkit. 2 reasons:
1. There is no limit or stop when going for more transfer (lengthening it) If you turn out past the max mark and don't leave enough threads to hold the adjuster, when you accelerate and the rod goes to full length/full transfer the rod can rip the adjuster right out of the tube. I've seen it, it's not pretty and it is expensive.
2. Max transfer is wheelie city, lots of fun and hard pull when accelerating but not fun when trying to accelerate out of a corner. It can cause ski lift, other posts here have confirmed this when trying to figure out why they can't keep the inside ski down in a corner (Mr. Sled knows about this). But that's a rider preference thing.
And keep in mind that the control rod will only keep the front end lighter under acceleration. As you know the C+As are aggressive, when not accelerating you will still have heavier steering, more darting and more feedback through the bars than the stock skis. But again, that's a preference thing and it sounds like you're experienced with C+As.
Good luck, ride safe.
