I need new skies. I have an 03 with 130 front springs, 11mm bar , longer links and it was still darting all over. Put the mountain rubber stops on to change angle of skies and totally got rid of darting. Problem, sled will not turn at high speed, 95- 105 on the gps. I have limiter sucked up a lot and min weight transfer and it will not turn at high speeds. I love it in the tight trails but scarry on fast lakes. I know a lot of post say the Simmons are the way to go but has anyone tried Tri Keel Skies with three carbides? I ride flowages and fasted groomed trails, not much deep powder riding. Thanks for any input.

Ive been threw the same boat as you..

I had woodie dualies on my sled (wouldnt bite in corners).. then switched to C@A pro trail skis.. with 8 inch carbides... NOW IT WONT STEER!! (would take a guarilla to turn it)

ANSWER: simple, let your limiters back out and check your ski alignment!!

I know lots of guys on here who have the C@A s and i also have to agree they are AWSOME!!!

Thanks welterracer for the post. I think I have a different problem at high speed. I can turn the skies, no problem, but the sled goes straight. Doesn't matter where the weight transfer is set. If I let off the throttle with the skies turned...............hold on. It must be the mountain rubber stops because it wasn't doing this before I installed them. . I hate to spend the money on skies and have the same steering problems. Looking at the 2005'5 at Mystic Lake Wed, I will ask the Yamaha guys and see what they say.
