Is any one running Hygear triple rate springs in the front shocks and the double rate spring on the front rear shock on their XTX Nytro.
Curious of the ride differences.
Thanks

I've been staring at that setup on my sled all summer. No miles on it though. I did work very well on the RTX.

I think the triple rate front spring are a must have mod. They greatly improve handling/stability and decrease steering effort. I am not sure of any ride improvement. I had the shocks revalved over the summer so don't have any feedback yet.

are they hard to install? I assume you can run stock shocks/valving and just upgrade the springs? I'm really only looking to decrease steering effort. I like everything else and have already taken some pressure off the front with the rear skid shock.

Very easy to install, remove shock, remove rebound adjustment knob (small phillips screw), remove spring perch, slide old spring off, repeat in reverse order.
