Turbo Apex w/ Heel Clicker kit?

Any one running a Turbo Apex with the Heal Clicker kit?
What are the clickers at?
Are you running the Spring they suppled?
Gearing?

I have a buddy running a Stage 2 Turbo I am not sure wich. He got a Heal clicker kit. Installed the weights and a "VERY" stiff spring that they supplied. He is only running 10,000 R's any Ideas?

Current setup:

Ingages: 4500
Tops out @ 10000
Top spead: 106 mph (he wants more)
Gears: 23-40
Helix: stock
Sec. Sping: Heel Clicker (came with kit)
Sec. setting: 70
Which heelclicker: 50-20's
Heel wt.: 1 washer
Middle wt: short screw with 2 washers
Tip wt: short screw with 2 washers
Prim. Spring color: Blue (Yamaha)

He need to remove some weight from the tip at first and try it again.

I would say remove 3-4 grams on tip.

Remove 2 grams from tip & 1 inner. . Have him remove 2 washers from tip & 1 or even both inner washers & I guarentee he will be very close.
