turbo dynamics or ulmers reflash?

I don't want to pit vender vs vendor, ive been hearing so much about turbo dynamics powertrail pkg,,ulmers also has a nice pkg too from what I can see but I don't see many post on ulmers set up. anyone have any comments on either or?? looking for a muffler upgrade to one of their quieter ones with the powertrail or quiet giant stage 2

Pretty sure Ulmer running EVO tunes. I have EVO stage 4 and it's been running great. Can't go wrong with either though
