I took the rx1 out today and the thing started smoking terrible. I pulled the charge tube off and it is saturated with oil
I was looking at rebuild kits for it and was woundering how big of a job it is to rebuild one. It is a 2560 turbo. If any one could sent me a diagram of how to rebuild it that would be awsome! Or know of any link to another site that would have a diagram.

Do you have a restricter in the oil feed line so it doesn't get too much oil ? If not , on a ball bearing turbo, it will cause this kind of problem. Ken....

No, I didn't know anything about this. What do you put in the line to restrict the oil flow?

they put a jet in the feed line to restrict the oil
also if you do rebuild your turbo you'll need to send it out to get balanced or it might fail again
