i have a stage 1 kit with a 23t gear hauck pipe airboxmod and plugs is it worth upgrading to a stage 2 with the helix and springs or should i just keep the stage 1 what will i gain going to a stage 2

Personally, ... Is the sled studded? If you are not studded "to the hilt," what good is a Stage II clutch kit going to do for you?

What is it you are not specifically happy with? If you think something is not right, then give change a whirl? The guys here swear by Ulmer's Stage II, and possibly even a gear change. You might try a search on these topics. Lot of opinions. But basically, if you are not happy, you may want to consider playing around a bit with what you have. Worst case, you'll understand things better before you invest in a more aggressive setup.
