HAVE A VECTOR TURBO HAVING TROUBLE WITH MOISTURE GETTING IN THE SYSTEM. I HAVE ENOUGH MOISTER IT PLUGS THE JET AND FILLS THE PRESSURE LINE TO THE CARBS WITH MOISTURE. IT IS A BENDER TURBO KIT. ANY HELP PLEASE

Which filter are you running the stock one from Bender or a K&N? Is your filter still under the seat or outside. if outside you need a silicone treated prefilter. Here is what I have done and I have no issues of moisture and it sure helped performance.

I couldn't get consistent performance with the stock Bender setup. The exhaust comes right over to the intake side and heats the air right where your intake is. I drilled holes in the metal cowling and installed a K&N, it helped but nothing like having the air filter outside. The K&N filter was much more heat resistant than the stock foam filter and seemed to pass a lot more air. I feel the "dual exhaust" look is not practical either because it makes for more heat for the intake. This is what I did (see attached picture). It's still in the prototype stage but it is performing great and it sure runs a whole lot quieter. I went from the loudest turbo sled in my group to the quietest. In fact it is quieter than a stock sled. Another big bonus is I made my tailpipe out of Stainless Steel tubing instead of mild steel (no more sh!! coming out of the tail pipes). I couldn't believe the amount of rust in the stock mufler after just one season. Bender should be making the entire exhaust system out of Stainless Steel. It wouold be well worth the extra cost.

Edit: If you're getting water in the pitot tube you must be sucking it in on the intake somewhere.
