I would get a Vibration Analyzer with an Accelerometer and take vibration readings at a constant speed and then determine what frequency your exciting. Then take a strobe light and tune it to that frequency and strobe your moving parts and see which one is frozen by the strobe light. Just kidding, I agree with apltx08 that you may have damaged something on the rear shaft. When you landed you may have bent something which would cause a severe vibration, especially under load.

It just seems that the vibration was present immediately after impact, it most likely is caused by something that happened during impact.

Best of luck!

thanks for everyones help so far. i havent had a chance to look further into my problem as this was the last weekend for deer with a shotgun, so i hunted all weekend. i did have all the weight on the very back of the track. but i never jumped it and the track never left the ground. if this may help though, the vibration feels like a u-joint going bad. thats the best way i can describe the feel of it. i will tear into it when i get out of work today. and post back with my findings. thanks to all.

:o| :o| :o| so i have found my problem. i have never saw this before. but the rear bushing on the driven clutch decided that it didnt like its home packed up its #$%&* and moved in with the jackshaft bearing and seal. i'll try to add pics if can figure out how. so my next question is has this ever happened to anyone before? and how fun is it to change the bearing out? quick easy job? or bloody knuckles and flying tools? otherwise i think its safe to say vibration problem solved

i am having the exact same problem. i am going to check my secondary but min feels like its from my rear skid to. Only under acceleration. Seems like at the start it was only when it would pick up the front end.
